The Fourth of July has come and gone, but midsummer sales? They’re just getting started. Barneys New York and Bergdorf Goodman have slashed prices by up to 75 percent. The goodies at Barneys include Saint Laurent leopard-print suede platform sandals ($399, originally $995) and a Proenza Schouler clutch with a lamb-fur flap and suede side panels ($729, originally $1,825). At Bergdorf, you’ll find a Dries Van Noten sequined skirt ($459, originally $1,840) and a Marc Jacobs military jacket ($299, originally $1,200). And at the Saks Fifth Avenue consolidation sale, discounts reach 80 percent.
