On a new mountain-bike tour offered by H &I Adventures, riders can enjoy meals in three countries all in one day, with breakfast in Slovenia, lunch in Austria and afternoon coffee in Italy. The trip explores the cultural differences in each of the neighboring European countries, taking travelers from the Julian Alps to the Adriatic Sea. The weeklong tour ends with a seafood meal in the coastal town of Piran, Slovenia, one of the best-preserved historical towns on the Adriatic. Rates start at $2,448 a person based on double occupancy. Departure dates in 2015 include Aug. 22, Sept. 6 and Sept. 20, with more in 2016.

Other coming culinary-cycling offerings include a tapas-centric trip to southern Spain and a week in Oaxaca, Mexico, featuring mountain trails, home cooking and two cultural festivals during select departures.
