“Wonder Woman,” “Get Out” and “Lady Bird” are among the nominees for the Producers Guild of America’s top award, an insider Hollywood prize that often holds clues to the eventual winner of best picture at the Oscars.

The Producers Guild Award nominees, announced on Friday, are:

“The Big Sick”

“Call Me by Your Name”

“Get Out”

“I, Tonya”

“Lady Bird”

“Molly’s Game”

“The Post”

“The Shape of Water”

“Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri”

“Wonder Woman”

In eight of the last 10 years, the producers’ winner has also won best picture, though the exceptions have been notable. Last year’s PGA winner, “La La Land,” lost best picture to “Moonlight,” and the year before, the producers picked “The Big Short,” while the Academy went with “Spotlight.”

“Jane,” a documentary about Jane Goodall, is among the nonfiction nominees for a PGA.
